Cases in the Circuit

This section is dedicated to addressing issues, disputes, and challenges within the circuit. We aim to create a transparent and fair environment for managing concerns that arise among schools, educators, students, and parents.

Types of Cases Managed:

Case Reporting and Resolution Process:

Follow these steps for filing and resolving cases within the circuit:

  1. Filing a Case: Stakeholders (parents, educators, or staff) can report cases directly through the Circuit Manager’s office or via an online reporting system. Ensure all details and supporting documents are submitted during filing.
  2. Initial Review: The Circuit Manager and their administrative team conduct a preliminary review to assess the case’s validity and jurisdiction.
  3. Investigation: Assigned officers or committees investigate the case thoroughly, gathering statements, evidence, and expert opinions.
  4. Resolution Meeting: All parties involved are invited to a resolution meeting to discuss findings and agree on a solution.
  5. Follow-Up: Periodic reviews ensure that resolutions are effectively implemented and monitored.
